Hawaiian Organic Noni’s Top 5 Healthy New Year Resolutions

Congratulations!!! We all did it again: made it to another New Year. Let’s hope last year was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and this New Year of 2016 will even be better.

As I approach every new day this year with a happy, positive attitude and appreciating what I have been given, I try to remember that “my cup is always half full and not half empty.” A positive attitude goes a long way to meeting your New Year’s Resolutions (Along with a little noni fruit!)

1. Seize the day!
Keep your energy up and improve your immune system with Hawaiian Organic Noni. You’ll feel healthier, which means more energy to enjoy life.

2. Commit to healthy skin
Foods that are high in natural antioxidants, like Noni Fruit Leather, can give you visibly healthier skin, so you can start the new year looking and feeling your best. You’ll be amazed how much younger and more vital your skin looks.

3. Start your year off in motion
It’s hard to motivate yourself to exercise when the weather is cold, especially if you’re suffering from sore joints and aches. If you take good care of your joints and muscles with topically-applied IcyHeat Noni Lotion, we think you’ll find a little more energy to keep moving this winter. You’ll thank yourself come spring.

4. Center your mind
Give your mind a challenge every day, and make sure it has all the vitamins, minerals, and hydration it needs to feel strong and alert. If you’re having trouble, noni fruit has been shown to reduce stress levels.

5. Think globally
This year, make it a priority to support companies who are committed to sustainability. We prioritize Mother Nature here at our organic noni farm. We care for the earth and her creatures, especially our resident family of albatross!

Our Journey with Noni fruit
Sunrise Organic Farm and Hawaiian Organic Noni are a 37 acre, family-owned and operated, certified organic farm, with certified organic Kitchen processing facility. We grow our own Noni fruit, pick the noni fruit, process the noni products, package, and distribute ourselves. We do not private label or offer our products through multi-level marketing. We have total control over every aspect of growing our organic noni trees, processing our noni fruit, and offering our noni products directly to you through our website, practitioners or stores.

In the beginning of our journey with Noni fruit, we only produced our Noni Fruit Leather, which is pure raw food from the non-fermented pulp of the fruit. From our own personal experiences consuming the Noni Fruit Leather, we knew we had captured the potency of the pulp through our unique low heat dehydration system. I noticed the energy that it gave me, and I noticed how it boosted my immune system. Noni Fruit Leather is a great raw food that promotes overall good health, wellness and energy.

Most fruit leathers or "fruit roll ups" are dried in just 10-12 hours, at a high heat above 140 degrees F. However, our Noni Fruit Leather takes over 60 hours to dry, at a temperature below 115 degrees F. Any higher heat than that destroys enzymes and beneficial compounds.

We started making lotions after receiving emails, letters, and calls from other individuals saying that they were mixing our Noni Fruit Leather into water and applying it to the skin with amazing results. It soothed my pain and skin irritations.

It took several years of development to refine the lotion formulas but the response has been fantastic. The response for pain relief or skin irritations can be instantaneous. We now offer our Noni Lavender Lotion for skin irritations and pain relief (more general in use) or our IcyHeat Noni Lotion with menthol crystals and camphor oil specifically for pain relief or inflammation. For even faster pain relief, try our IcyHeat Sports Formula.

Mahalo from everyone on the farm!

About the Author: Steve Frailey

My wife and I (Steve Frailey) moved to Kauai, Hawaii in 1982 from our organic farm in California. There were no roads, electricity, water or buildings but lots of Noni trees (Morinda Citrifolia) in our valley. We also developed a deep relationship with Noni that was growing all through our valley.  Today we run our Hawaiian Organic Noni farm, and share the gift of health with people throughout the world.
